Originally from Pittsburgh PA, Elena became the matriarch of her family at 18 cooking and caring for her 6 brothers and sisters and continues baking with love today with her 2 sons and 3 grandchildren.
The Beach has so many great things to offer…except delicious Italian cookies. And that was just flat-out unacceptable. Can you even drink coffee without a good Biscotti?
We don’t chince on ingredients. You can’t build a great house with sticks, you can’t bake enjoyable biscotti with cheap products either. And if you’re looking for gluten free options, well keep looking!
